McClung-Evans Wedding Set
Randy and Samra Evans of Sandy Hook, would like to announce the engagement and upcomming marriage of their son, Christopher, to Miss Julie McClung of Rock Springs, Georgia.
Julie is the daughter of Bill and Sheia McClung of Rock Springs, Georgia. She is a 1996 graduate of LaFayette High School and a 2000 graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Psychology. She is presently employed with the Cherokee County Department of Family and Children's Services in Georgia.
Chris is a 1997 graduate of Elliott County High School and attended Morehead State University and is presently in the United States Marine Corps stationed at Beaufort, South Carolina. He is the grandson of Bob and Bonnie Gray Schauff of Lexington and the late Sammie Gray and Lee and Betty Evans and Bonnie Evans all of Ashland. Great-Grandparents are Beatrice Adkins of Sandy Hook and the late Herman Adkins, the late John A. and Daisy Gray, the late Tom and Flossie Porter Evans and the late Art and Nell Caudill.
The open church ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2:30 pm, in Rock Springs, Georgia.
A celebration to honor Chris and Julie will take place on Saturday afternoon, September 1, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Lakeside Elemtary School library. All friends and family are invited to attend.
